The Parreira & Associados website was my very first freelance project. At that time, I always offered websites with the option for continuous improvement post-delivery via a monthly retainer (functioning almost like insurance), but the client declined it in this instance. Unfortunately, since they managed the domain and hosting costs themselves, the page is no longer live. The adjacent image is a screenshot I took of it while it was still active.

This was a straightforward project: a corporate website designed to showcase the company’s history, clients, and contact methods. They also requested a blog section to be maintained by their employees; however, it ultimately remained empty.

For this site, I was able to apply usability principles I had solidified through my Interaction Design Foundation courses, combined with a benchmarking study of companies in the same industry, their users, and their needs.

However, because the company chose to pay only for the initial development and handover of the site, there was no opportunity for user contact or continuous improvement using heatmaps and screen recordings.
